Courtesy Cars

A courtesy car may be available to you whilst your vehicle is in with us for repair. This will depend on your insurance company. (Please note that a courtesy car is not required to be a ‘like for like’ vehicle. If you require a vehicle that is similar in type or size to your own vehicle for any reason, we are happy to liaise with your insurance company to assist you with this whenever possible.)

A full and comprehensive estimate of the cost of the repairs to your vehicle will be undertaken prior to any agreed work being undertaken. This applies to both insurance and non-insurance customers.

Genuine, main dealer and manufacturer parts will be used for all repairs unless otherwise agreed prior to repair with the customer.

We will keep you updated on the progress of the repair of your vehicle to keep you informed throughout the repair process.

All workmanship is covered by our warranty - please ask for details.

We can collect and deliver your car to your home address for your convenience to get you back on the road as swiftly as possible.
